El Paso Times – El Paso agencies get $3.7M in grants to help homeless

Twenty-two El Paso programs that help homeless people received a total of $3.7 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on Thursday.

The programs are run by a variety of organizations and are a part of the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless.
