TRLA Lawsuit Reviewed in Disaster Recovery Law Report

The latest Disaster Recovery Law Report features a story on TRLA’s lawsuit against FEMA on behalf of victims of Hurricane Dolly:

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, alleges that FEMA also refuses to publish or discuss the standards it uses when deciding who should receive disaster relief funds.
