A Harlingen man says he will never give up in his quest for the help he deserves. He, along with 13 others in the Valley are suing the federal government.
Jose Gonzalez says he’s down, but not out. Dolly took the shingles off his roof, filled his house with water and he went to FEMA for help, but was denied twice. He’s now taking FEMA to court.
Jose Gonzalez says he had the perfect touch. He says he could fix anything. He says his biggest accomplishment was building his house with his own hands. But Gonzalez lost control over his body when he lost control of his vehicle two years ago. His pick-up rolled over and shattered his 5th and 6th vertebrates. Gonzalez is paralyzed from the chest down.
