Seven workers at an adult day care have taken their employer to court after the company failed to pay their wages over a period of time.
The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday by Texas RioGrande Legal Aid in conjunction with the South Texas Civil Rights Project, alleges that Bella Hacienda Adult Day Care Inc. in Edinburg failed to pay its employees over a period of time.
