Now that the government is offering some relief to young, undocumented immigrants, local advocates want to ensure that potential applicants are educated about the risks of the new Obama administration policy.
The Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and the Clinica de Inmigracion de San Jose will be hosting an information session next week to answer any questions that applicants might have before applying for relief under the deferred deportation program.
