Legal Aid to File Complaint Against Capital Metro Over Proposed Fare Increases

AUSTIN, Texas – Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) will be holding a press conference to announce a complaint that will be filed against Capital Metro regarding the proposed fare increases.  The complaint will be filed with the Environmental Protection Agency and argue that the increases violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
